Old School Farm is an LLC comprised of grass-fed beef and honey. Old School Farm is located in Edgerton, Minnesota, and is owned and operated by Joel Talsma.

Joel is an Edgerton native and began farming full-time in 2015. Prior to farming, Joel was a grain originator and commodity broker, and farmed at a smaller, part-time capacity. In 2009 he received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota. Joel also served six years with the Minnesota Army National Guard, including a deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
